Basic: covers basic trademark registration. This package is ideal for business owners who have registered a trademark before or who are familiar with the process. This package includes: application preparation and filing, trademark registration.

Comprehensive: includes all Basic offerings, step by step guide, advice on trademark registration, lawyer consultation with phone and live support, covers a detailed search at the government office, cease and desist letter template, international trademark search available, in case of first rejection another application will be prepared.

Retainer: covers all Comprehensive offerings, appointment of trademark agent, monitoring of trademark, Quarterly trademark watch services, defence of your trademark in opposition proceedings, advice on assignments and license agreements. I am passionate about innovation.
